The Algerian International Center for Arbitration and Mediation (AIAM) was established in 2024 as an independent institution with legal personality, in accordance with Algerian law. The Center provides ADR services (arbitration and mediation) in a neutral and transparent manner, fostering trust in Algeria’s business and investment environment.

Fees & Costs
:Fees are set transparently and include administrative and arbitrators’ costs
Up to 10,000,000 DZD: 200,000 – 800,000 (10%)
10,000,001 – 50,000,000 DZD: 1.8% – 10%
Over 10,000,000,001 DZD: 0.01% – 0.04% 0.04
Reduced fees for sole arbitrator, 40% chairperson, 30% each member.
