The Algerian International Center for Arbitration and Mediation (AIAM) was established in 2024 as an independent institution with private legal personality, in full compliance with Algerian law. AIAM serves as a neutral, efficient, and internationally aligned platform for resolving commercial and investment disputes both domestically and globally. Its operations are guided by the highest international standards, particularly the UNCITRAL Arbitration and Mediation Rules (2010), adapted to the Algerian legal framework.
