Fees & Costs

The Algerian International Center for Arbitration and Mediation (AIAM) applies a transparent and predictable fee schedule, aligned with international best practices, ensuring that arbitration and mediation services remain cost-effective without compromising quality or neutrality.

Fees consist of two main components:

Administrative Fees (paid to the Center)
Arbitrators’ or Mediators’ Remuneration (based on the approved fee scale)

Arbitrators’ Fee Scale (per arbitrator) (Amounts in Algerian Dinars – excluding taxes)

Important Notes:

Significant discounts apply in cases of sole arbitrator proceedings.

For a three-member tribunal, fees are allocated as follows: 40% to the Chairperson, 30% to each co-arbitrator.

A preliminary cost estimate can be provided upon submission of the arbitration or mediation request.

AIAM guarantees that all fees are disclosed in advance, with no hidden costs.
